Terms & Condition

AR Entertainment and Event Management (AREEM) is a wholly owned division of Ananta Dance Academy A creative Production Institute and prior to any event that is booked with (AREEM), the client must sign a booking form in which they agree to AREEM’s Terms & Conditions. A copy of these Terms & Conditions can be found below..

Payment

Payment in full is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. This may be made via electronic transfer, debit card, cheque or credit card (3% fee – 4% on phone pay). The company reserves the right to cancel the event if payment has not been received in full.

Inclusions

The company will supply all activity equipment and instructors, venue costs as detailed in the invoice (if applicable), event management and public liability insurance of …5, 000.

Substitution

The company reserves the right to substitute a comparable activity for another in the event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Drugs and Alcohol

The company may refuse participation to guests who are believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refund will be made in such circumstances.

Company Authority

The customer recognises the authority of the company’s Event manager and Skippers, understanding that they may take any decision they regard as necessary to ensure the health. welfare and safety of those taking part in the event.

Changing Dates

Every effort will be made to change the event date when requested, although the company reserves the right to charge 10% of the event value. The charge may be higher when it has not been possible to cancel subcontractors or venues. No change may be made within 30 days of the event.

Cancellation

Whether or not payment has been made, if the customer cancels within 4 weeks of the event there is a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation between 4 weeks and 8 weeks from the event incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation more than 8 weeks from the event incurs a 15% cancellation fee.

Change in number of attendees

A reduction in the number of attendees does not usually result in a refund and never within 30 days of the event. If numbers are reduced more than 30 days before the event, then every effort will be made to save variable costs such as catering etc.

Force Majeure

The company may postpone the event where forces outside of the company’s control such as bad weather, acts of terrorism or other events which cannot be reasonably mitigated against, impact the running of the event. No liability for any costs or expenses incurred by the customer are accepted by the company in the event of cancellation or postponement.

Weather

When rain is forecast, the company will use extra marquees, move activities indoors where possible and issue. The event will take place unless it is deemed unsafe to do so by the Event Manager, and if this is the case, an alternative date will be arranged. But that is changing as per depend on discussion with the clients.

Inflatable Events

It is unsafe to operate Inflatable’ events in the rain. The company will use a Met Office forecast 48 hours prior to the event to determine whether the event should proceed. If continuous rain is forecast, then the customer will be offered the opportunity to postpone to a mutually convenient date or a refund. The company accepts no liability for consequential losses incurred by the customer such as hotels and flights in the event of postponement or cancellation.

Liability for Damage

The customer is liable for loss or damage caused by guests whilst on the event to boats. vehicles, clothing or other equipment supplied by the company but limited to the amount of the company’s insurance excess.

Copyright

The company retains rights to images taken on behalf of the customer. Where the customer has paid for photography, the company gives the customer permission to use such images freely. The customer gives the company permission to use images or video taken during the event in company marketing and advertising materials.

Management Law

This agreement is subject to Management law.

OFFICE RULES AND REGULATIONS

The following Rules and Regulations shall apply to all employees of the Company while in the office’s premise at all times including break times and over time:

1. Each employee must act in accordance with the company’s policies orders rules regulations guidelines etc. applicable from time to time that is expected that each employee to maintain proper decorum.
2. Employees are expected to conduct themselves on the job in a manner that contributes to operating effectiveness productivity safety and a harmonious work environment. & roper registers must be maintained for easy tracking and record keeping.
3. Employee shall be under the influence of or could not using alcoholic beverages include drinking such beverages during the work hours.
4. Any employee arriving to work under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance will not be permitted to work.
5. Employee is required to be at appointed work place and ready to begin work at the appointed starting time. “Irregular attendance or tardiness will not be tolerated and may result in termination from job.
6. Employees who will be late or absent from work must inform their Supervisor at least two hours prior to normal starting time.
7. Under no circumstances should employees leave the assigned work area early without permission from a supervisor.
8. Designated break times are assigned to have meals through Company.
9.Its their responsibility, Employees who work late or on overtime must ensure and would be checked that all lights air conditions and equipments are shut off when they leave the work place.
10. Dress code is to be followed strictly.
11. Employees must wear their uniforms locations where uniforms are required.
12. At the Company event time our employees are expected to look neat and presentable while on the job.
13. Those employees is worked behalf of Company Employees are not allowed to share their personal contact number.
14. Employees are not allowed to discuss about company event budget and anything else.
15. Those employees is worked behalf of Company if there is anything needs and discus their problem they can contact with company project manager or supervisor. Employee will not allowed to discus and disturb to our client.

If any employee does not comply with the above rules then the company will not be liable to pay the payment.
